The Haynies began their work in Chile at the beginning of the year 2000. Their ministry is focused on a suburb of Santiago called Penalolen, which is booming in population growth. They are targeting the middle class people in their area as they seek to plant a church in this area of the city.
Ken and Sue James are our missionaries to Bangladesh. Their ministry is one focused on physical support of the hospital compound. Ken is responsible for managing a work crew of nationals that numbers between 30-60 men. Ken's efforts are focused on supervising several projects, repairing equipment and vehicles. The compound covers almost 40 acres. Sue's ministry focuses on Heart House, a ministry for ladies in the Malumghat area which allows them to earn money for the crafts they produce, and managing the guesthouse on the compound.
Our missionaries to Brazil are Bill and Nancy Moore. They are currently serving their last term before they retire from full-time service. Their ministry in Brazil is focused on establishing a counseling center in Sao Paulo at the Hope Baptist Church and developing materials for biblical counseling courses for the center and seminary in Sao Paulo.
Joel and Jennifer are uniquely equipped for service in France. Joel is a native of France and came to a personal relationship with Christ through the missionary efforts of Jennifer's parents in France. The two were married and then came to the U.S. for seminary training. Their ministry is focused on church planting in the French city of Hyeres.
The Schraders currently are serving this five-year term in Galloway, Ohio. They are providing pastoral leadership to the Alton Road Baptist Church. Currently this church is unable to support a pastor on its own. Jake and Sandy plan on returning to South Africa after they finish this term in Ohio. Their ministry focus is on church planting and leadership training.
