Brad McGuire, Pastor
     Pastor Brad has been at ABC since August of 1994. He and his wife Rachael first began attending the church after graduating from college at Ball State University. Brad received his bachelor’s degree in accounting and began work at a CPA firm here in Fort Wayne. In 1998 he started working at the church as a minister in training part time while he went to seminary at Grace Theological Seminary. In 2004 he graduated with his Masters of Divinity and became an Elder at ABC. In June of 2005, the congregation affirmed the Elders appointment of him to the position of senior pastor. Brad and Rachael have four children, Hannah, Ben, Grace and Joseph.

Stan Schneider, Lay Elder
     Stan and his wife Patty first attended ABC back in 1991, after moving to Fort Wayne. Stan was affirmed by the congregation as ABC’s first lay Elder in 2002. Stan is the national sales manager for Wieland Furniture located in Grabill, which is a division of Sauder Furniture in Archbold, Ohio. Stan and Patty have two daughters, Brittni and Nicole.

Todd Spade, Lay Elder
     Todd and his wife Kathy began attending Aboite Baptist in early 2006, and he was affirmed by the members as our second lay Elder in early 2008. Todd owns his own heating and cooling business and has three grown children Shelli, Leslie, and Adam, and seven grandchildren.
